MY BROTHER......RIP
Here is my Brother Greg.....His girlfriend had sent this to me. She too is having a hard time of his passing.
This is such a nice picture of him. I used to listen to NOTHING BUT COUNTRY a long time ago ( I think my parents taste had gotten to me).
I haven't listened to country in a looooong time.. ( It took me FOREVER just to find a country station out here!)
I listened to song after song, missing country music and missing my brother. I couldn't help but wonder which songs was his favorites???
Just wanted to share my brother to those who haven't seen him in a long time, and to those who never have.
ALOHA GREG!!!!

Very nice! After all of the pics I have seen of him as a little boy, it's nice to see the man. I'm sorry I never got to know him.
Can you think of a country song that fits him? We listen to country too and would like to know what you think.
he definitely looks strong and handsome!
My immediate thought is Dolly Parton's 'I will always love you'.
I wish he had made it to Kentucky. He told me he wanted to come and see Kentucky.
Dianne- that is my song, when my dad past away..the Whitney houston version came out that same time!!
I remember he wanted to come to Kentucky! His girlfriend said he loved that song, I shoulda been a cowboy by Toby Keith.
but we've all wanted to see Kentucky. My dads genes have remained in all of us!

He does look like a great guy, strong and sure of himself. Hang in there, friend.
thoughts and prayers to you and your family in this time ...
Dina, there are simply no words that can be offered when you lose someone you love ... I've been thinking of you since I got caught up on your blog the other day ... hang in there girl.
just know you're being held in our hearts ...
When I checked back with your blog I saw Greg's photo on here and cried. But it brought back all the awesome memories of us being together in the mountains where his heart wanted to be. Thank you for using one of the many pictures that I sent to your family. Greg always stood proud as you can see in this image. One of the best times that he had was this year on March 2. I took him to Kansas City, Missouri for an early birthday celebration to see George Strait in concert. Greg even got to shake George's hand. That night Greg smiled so big, sung every song and had a time of his life. Greg said, this was the best concert that he had ever attended in his whole life and no other concert could ever top this one. This made me so happy that I made a dream come true for him. So when ya get some spare time listen to any and all of the George Strait songs and you'll hear Greg singing right along with him. I miss him more than anyone will ever know. Greg was the most wonderful, caring, kind, loving man with the biggest "GOLDEN HEART" ever.... Greg will always be in my heart and shadow. You're in my thoughts and prayers ~
Dina, Greg looks great in this pucture, he looks like a cowboy :) I know that Toby Keith song you mentioned and George Strait is awesome to. Since I have moved to Florida, I listen to country. Greg, you will be missed very much. I remember Greg back in the days in Granada Hills, California. We use to hang out in his room and listen to music, Doggie you remember those days. Greg you will be missed very much. However, you are with your mom and dad now, who are also loved and missed very much. Love you Dina.. Penny
